ASSEMBLY LINE: Covering an area of 4000 square meters. The factory is equipped with production, injection molding, assembly, and testing workshops with large volume. After recent large-scale screening, we have more than 100 qualified assembly workers distributed across departments with high professional and ethical standards.

In order to ensure the performance of each machine and control the after-sale defect rate, we have equipped two groups of test rooms, a total of 12 test rooms, managed by professional and senior quality inspectors.
The aging test room is strategically located next to the functional test room to improve work efficiency and reduce work errors. This facility can accommodate at least 200 machines for simultaneous aging tests, ensuring long-term hardware stability under high thermal loads.
Our warehouse covers a 300 square meter area specifically for finished products, located directly next to the packaging line. This proximity ensures a streamlined transition from quality check to global shipping, maintaining the integrity of the 50,000 monthly units our facility produces.
